Fees are reviewed on an annual basis.

Fees are payable half termly in advance by using the parent pay system WOSC Services or by childcare voucher. We do not accept cash or cheques.

The price per session per child applies to all children. This is payable for all sessions including when your child is sick, or on holiday

Bank holidays and professional days will not be charged for.

Non-payment for more than one month can result in your place being terminated.

Waiving of fees for residential trips.

When a residential trip takes place for Waverton Primary School such as Beeston or Conway, providing an out of school club child is attending the trip and we have received one month’s written notice of a change in the required attendance, the Out of School Clubs fees normally due for that period will be waived.  Written notice may be made by email to wosc@waverton.cheshire.sch.uk

Waiving of fees like this applies to Residential trips only and not to day trips or other similar events and school activities.

Waverton Primary Out of School Club aims to keep fees to a minimum, whilst still raising enough income to cover our running costs. Please ensure fees are paid promptly.

If you are having difficulty paying fees, please speak in confidence to the Manager.

Changes to days and cancelling your place

One month’s notice of  termination, or of changes in attendance must be given.

Requests for changes to days should be made to the manager and will be accommodated where possible.

Temporary changes

Please remember that we need to know if your child (or children) will not be attending Waverton Primary Out of School Club for any reason. Even if you have informed the school, we still need to know.

If you know in advance of any days when your child/children will not be attending during the following week, please try to let the manager know by Thursday at the latest.  In cases of illness or emergency when notice cannot be given, please call as soon as you can. Contact details can be found at the end.

Induction

The child and parents/carers will be invited to come and see the club before the child's first day

Early in each child's first attendance a short time will be set aside for an “induction” period. During this period a member of staff will outline the club's rules and routines (including meal times, collection, children's meetings).

Arrival and departure

Children are collected from Waverton Primary School by a member of the Out of School Club staff, and are then escorted to the venue. A register is taken each afternoon on arrival and again after tea. We require the signing-out sheet to be used when collecting your child. Please ensure this is completed for each child collected.

A copy of our Collection and Departure Procedure is available from the manager, at your request.

Children should always be collected by a named adult. In exceptional circumstances when it is not possible for your child to be collected by a named person, a password system will be adopted.

The club finishes in the evening at 6.00, if you are delayed for whatever reason please telephone the club to let us know. A late payment fee of £5.00 per 10 minutes will be charged if children are collected after 6.00 p.m. You may also be asked to make a contribution towards any extra staff wages and transport costs incurred.
