This half term we will be learning:

History or Geography	Who were The Ancient Mayans and what developments did they make?’ We will learn about this ancient civilization in history and look at what the area is like now.
Science	Animals including humans. This unit teaches the importance of diet, exercise and lifestyle in the way that bodies function.
English	Poetry – A Tiger in the Zoo and Historical Narrative – The Rain Player
Maths	Place Value – 4-digit numbers and Addition and Subtraction
PE	Gymnastics – Flight and Tag Rugby
RE	Christianity-What qualities make Daniel such a great leader?
Computing	How can we make an interactive 360 VR image?
PSHE	Relationships – VIPs. Children will identify who their VIPs are within their families and friendship groups and how important kindness and respect are within these relationships.
Music	All the learning in this unit is focused around one song: Happy by Pharrell Williams - a Pop song with a Soul influence about being happy.
French	Where in the world?
DT or Art	Printing – Ancient Mayan symbols
